Type of Materials

Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC)

An engineered wood product made from wood chips that formed into particleboard, and then bonded to melamine resin impregnated paper.

Thanks to the strong lamination solution of MFC, the melamine layer provides resistance to scratches, water instrution and erosin caused by acidic and chemical substances.

Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF)

Made by breaking down hardwood and softeood residuals wood fibres, combining it with additives like wax and form it into panels under high heat pressure.

The big difference between MDF and MFC is that MDF has a higher density than MFC.

Advance Machinery Based

Owing to our trust in technology, Delta's manufacturing process is primarily operated by state-of-the-art machinery.

With the integration of imported CNC woodworking machines, we optimize performance and achieve high precision and efficiency.

Below are some of the key machines that power our production process:

01.

CNC Nesting: A Crucial Part of Our Fabrication Process

We use specific CNC machinery to process our materials, ensuring the panels are sized accurately, while also minimizing the materials wastage.

02.

The Specialty of Our Edge-Banding

Owing to our commitment to cabinet detail, we utilize imported edge-banding machines to achieve precision and excellence in quality. These state-of-the-art machines apply high-temperature PUR glue to panel edges, ensuring superior resistance to water and heat while delivering a durable, long-lasting finish.

03.

Boring Plays a Crucial Role Too

Our horizontal boring machine features a precision laser system that accurately measures the length and width of each piece. This guarantees exceptional accuracy for every panel we produce.

04.

Driven by Computerization

Computerization plays a crucial role in our ability to enhance productivity and ensure optimal product quality.

Detailing

We pay close attention to every detail, ensuring that craftsmanship and precision define our work.

PUR edge banding

We invest in sophisticated imported edge banding machinery to furnish the edge of the cabinet with strong adhesive PUR glue.

With PUR glue, the panels are much more aesthetically pleasing, and the bond holds firm against heat, moisture and water which reduce from bacterial growth.
